SUPPORT

Manage your IPTV source

Keep your sources organised and your credentials private.

Manage sources in the app

Open the source-management options in Yuna. Use source setup to add a compatible M3U playlist or Xtream Codes connection you are authorised to use. Provider credentials are entered in the app, not in your website account.

Before changing a source

Keep a private copy of the correct connection details from your provider. Check the server address and whether the source is still active. Avoid changing credentials and device settings at the same time; try one change at a time so you can identify the cause.

Removing a source

Use the available remove action in the app’s source management. Removing a source from Yuna does not cancel a subscription with its provider and does not delete your Yuna account. Contact the provider separately about its billing or access.

Missing films, series or channels

A source may contain only live TV. Content categories and programme information depend on the provider. Check whether the missing content is available in that source before adding the same connection again.

Report a source problem safely

Tell support whether you use M3U or Xtream Codes, your device, Yuna version and the steps that fail. Replace private values with a description such as “server address” rather than sending passwords or complete URLs. For first-time setup, see connect your IPTV source.
