Cookies and storage
Our website code does not add advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party video embeds. Images, fonts and scripts are served by this site. The account client keeps its session in page memory only, without cookies or local storage, for at most 15 minutes. A consent banner is not used for features that do not require optional tracking consent. Hosting or security services may process requests or use necessary security mechanisms. We will explain and request consent before adding tracking that requires it.
Account forms
Your account email, password and verification requests go over HTTPS directly to Yuna’s authentication service. Registration records the version of the terms you agree to and the privacy notice made available to you. The privacy notice is information, not a blanket request for consent. Optional diagnostics and marketing are not part of the registration agreement.
Local support tools
Help search filters the articles on your device. The support form builds a message locally; it does not send that message or store it in a website database. Copy puts it on your clipboard, and Save downloads a text file. You decide whether to send it to the support email. Information you then send is used to handle the request. Do not include passwords, codes or complete provider URLs.
Technical requests
The hosting and security services need technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect this site. This serves the legitimate interests of operating and protecting the service. A restricted preview may have separate access controls. No account password is added to the website URL.
Your choices
You can browse without an account, delete an existing account, or contact us for access, correction, portability, objection or other privacy requests. The Privacy Policy explains the process and complaint rights. Updated 8 November 2026.
