Tell us your device, app version, what you expected and what happened. Include the outcome you are seeking for a complaint. Never include a password, verification code or complete IPTV URL.
Privacy requests
Use the same email for access, correction, a portable copy, objection or a deletion request. Send from your account address where possible. We verify ownership and normally respond within one month. Read your rights.
Account deletion
Start account deletion online. You do not need to reinstall the app. If self-service fails, email us for a reviewed request.
