Who provides Yuna?

Yuna IPTV is developed and provided by Tjerk Akkerman. Contact: development@yunaiptv.com. These terms cover the Yuna player, account services and this website.

Your player, your source

Yuna plays media from a source you add. It does not sell IPTV subscriptions, provide a commercial film or channel catalogue, or grant rights to someone else’s content. Use sources and media that you are authorised to access. Your provider controls the availability, quality, permissions and stream limits of its service. The separately labelled test catalogue has its own published licences.

Accounts and young users

Use an email address you control, keep your password and verification codes private, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorise on your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.

Yuna is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 18, ask a parent or legal guardian to approve your use and help you choose suitable sources. Follow any higher age rating or local requirement. A store age rating is not a parental-control filter. A declaration during registration does not verify parental permission.

What you agree to

Do not use Yuna for unlawful access or distribution, steal accounts, bypass another service’s access controls, interfere with the service, or upload harmful material. You retain your rights in your own data. We use it only as explained in the Privacy Policy and as needed to provide the features you request.

Testing, updates and availability

Yuna is currently distributed to testers. Features and availability may change, and test builds can have faults. Install available security updates and report problems without including secrets. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse or security risks. Where practicable we will explain the reason and offer a way to contact us. This does not remove your statutory rights.

Plus and payments

This website does not sell subscriptions or start a paid trial. Purchases are disabled in the current internal Play test build. Plus access granted for testing does not create a recurring charge. An existing paid subscription, if applicable, is managed through the service where it was purchased. Your IPTV provider’s subscription is separate.

Before introducing paid purchases, Yuna must show the seller’s full details, total price and taxes, billing interval, renewal and cancellation conditions, trial end and any applicable withdrawal information at checkout. These terms do not waive a right to cancel or obtain a legal remedy.

Privacy, diagnostics and permissions

Agreeing to these terms is not consent to advertising or optional diagnostics. The Privacy Policy explains essential account processing and your rights. Optional Yuna test diagnostics use a separate device setting. Camera and notification permissions are requested separately for the relevant feature.

Leaving Yuna

You can stop using the app and delete your account. Account deletion removes associated active account data and revokes sessions. It does not cancel a contract with your IPTV provider. If subscription checks prevent self-service deletion, contact us for a reviewed request. A subscription must not be used to deny a valid data-erasure request without a lawful reason.

Problems and complaints

Email development@yunaiptv.com with the issue and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords, verification codes or complete IPTV URLs. We will assess your complaint and explain the next step. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We will identify a new version and explain material changes before asking for renewed agreement where required. We do not record acceptance retrospectively for existing users. Dutch law applies, while mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence remain available. You retain any right to bring a claim before a competent court.
