Yuna IPTV — privacy-app — 2026-11-08 Version 2026-11-08 · Updated 8 November 2026 · Save a text copy Who is responsible? Tjerk Akkerman is responsible for Yuna IPTV’s processing described here. Email development@yunaiptv.com for privacy questions and requests. This policy covers the Android and Google TV app and the account features on this website. The website notice explains browsing and local support tools. We do not sell your personal data, run behavioural advertising or use account data for a marketing mailing list in this test service. Source connections and security Your device connects to your selected provider, which receives connection and playback requests under its own policy. Yuna’s account traffic uses HTTPS. A provider using HTTP does not encrypt that provider traffic. Local provider secrets use Android Keystore. Cloud connections are encrypted with account keys recoverable by the server; this is not encryption where only you hold the key. Never send credentials in a support message. The website keeps signed-in sessions only in page memory, for at most 15 minutes, and clears them on refresh or leaving the page. It does not put account sessions in local storage. MFA-enabled accounts require the supported authenticator check on the website. Optional test diagnostics Automatic additional Yuna diagnostics require both an account enabled for testing by an administrator and your separate opt-in on the device. You can withdraw the device choice there. This can include app and Android versions, device model, technical error codes and safe stack frames, fixed navigation events, loading and buffering durations and sync status. Events are linked to an account and registered device. They exclude media titles, searches, provider addresses, passwords and session tokens. A problem report you actively send can include your description and up to 20 recent technical events. Known URLs and named secrets are filtered, but do not put secrets into free text. Reports and diagnostic events are retained for 14 days and an hourly cleanup removes older records. Authorised administrators require extra account verification to view them. This website does not offer a diagnostics opt-in or collect those app events. Google Cast and device permissions The Google Cast SDK separately collects anonymous technical discovery, session, app and device information. Google says this collection is encrypted and aggregated, and cannot be individually switched off or deleted by Yuna or the user. The Yuna diagnostics switch does not control it. See Google’s Cast data disclosure. Camera access is for scanning QR codes on your device. Notification permission is separate from diagnostic consent. Service providers and international processing Supabase provides authentication, database, sync and backend functions; the primary database is in Frankfurt, Germany. TMDB provides metadata and external image services can receive your IP address. Google provides Play distribution and Cast. The configured transactional email service delivers account emails. Website hosting and security services process technical requests. The optional licensed test source loads video directly from Mux test servers. Your own IPTV provider independently processes requests you make to it. Some providers may use support or subprocessing services outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable arrangements describe safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, adequacy decisions. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data. See Supabase’s transfer information, TMDB’s policy and Google’s policy. How long we keep data Accounts, profiles, source connections and synced viewing data: while the account exists, until you remove the data or delete the account. Terms acceptance records: while the account exists; deleted with the account. We do not add historical acceptance records for people who have not agreed. Additional Yuna test diagnostics and problem reports: 14 days, with hourly cleanup. Standard Supabase project logs: the current Free plan provides one day of retention. These are separate infrastructure logs. The current Free project has no automatic daily database backups and this test has no separate scheduled account export. We will update this notice if the policy changes. Support and privacy correspondence: only as long as needed to handle the request and resolve related issues. Do not provide passwords as proof of ownership. Providers may retain their own security or anonymised data under their policies. If a legal obligation requires us to retain particular data after an erasure request, we will explain the reason, data and retention period rather than claim it has all been deleted. Deletion and control You can delete the account in the app or on the account deletion page, without reinstalling the app. Active account data, synced profile data, source connections and account-linked diagnostics are removed and sessions are revoked. Local data on another device may remain until the app clears it; you can also clear app data on that device. Your provider’s account and any purchase contract are separate. If billing checks prevent self-service deletion, email us to have the request reviewed. Your rights You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and a portable copy where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email development@yunaiptv.com from your account address, tell us what you need, and do not attach identity documents or secrets unless we ask through an appropriate route. We verify ownership proportionately and normally respond within one month; if an allowed extension is needed, we explain it within that first month. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. Yuna does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Young users Yuna is not intended for children under 13. Under-18 users should involve a parent or guardian and use age-appropriate sources. Where processing relies on a child’s consent, Dutch law generally requires parental authorisation below age 16; other countries can have different thresholds. A general account checkbox does not establish verified parental consent for optional processing. Parents and guardians can contact us about a child’s data. If you are under 16, do not enable optional test diagnostics. Contact us with a parent or guardian if you need help with privacy choices.
